Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al-Zayani co-chaired a meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council’s executive committee in Manama on Tuesday. The session focused on reviewing the outcomes of joint initiatives over the past year and setting the roadmap for cooperation through a newly approved 2025–2026 work plan.
Established in 2019, the council aims to deepen collaboration between the two nations across political, economic, military, and media sectors. During the meeting, both ministers reaffirmed their commitment to advancing shared goals and addressing regional and international developments of mutual concern.
Prince Faisal also met with King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa to discuss ways to further enhance bilateral ties. Both sides emphasized the strength of their relationship and the importance of expanding cooperation to achieve the aspirations of their leaders and citizens.
