Qatar and Guyana have entered into a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing collaboration in the fields of agriculture and technology. The signing ceremony featured Qatar’s Minister of Municipality, Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, alongside Guyana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hugh Hilton Todd.
